BISYOC team

Helpers

BISYOC will be held for the ninth year this summer!  That we have achieved this long standing summer experience is due to our motivated and passionate team of helpers that invest their energy and idealism throughout the year into this project.

BISYOC functions exceptionally well, opening not only ears but also hearts by fulfilling some important non-musical criteria. The long list of helpers, the names of which you will not find on the website, create this result by carrying out the never-ending tasks inherent in a 10 day residential programme.

Sponsors

Strenuous fund raising efforts are always required for a project such as this. The high quality of the intercultural and musical exchange that BISYOC offers has been recognized by Connect Youth International (the European funding programme, Youth for Europe) in the form of a grant for five of the seven projects. This has been invaluable and has influenced the inter-cultural aspect of BISYOC, particularly covering much of the young people's travel costs. Huge support has also come from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Cadbury Family Trusts and many other groups and individuals.
